Cullen Thurston is a Boston-based film and digital photographer, specializing in concert, portrait, and landscape photography. His dedication to capturing larger than life moments and displaying raw human connections with his own unique artistic eye shines through in his work. He began his work using only film photography, laying a groundwork for the natural, sentimental feeling that he continues to utilize in his photos as he has entered the digital landscape. Working as a photo director for Tastemakers Magazine, Northeastern’s on-campus music magazine, he is committed to cultivating a collaborative environment of creatives to build further connections. Whether he is walking around Boston or at barricade at a concert venue, his goal of documenting the beauty of every special moment through his lens is always at the forefront of his mind.
